From your ERP to operational insight
Export
Export a CSV from your ERP or job management system. We work with any system that can produce a standard data export — no custom integrations, no IT involvement, no new software.
Supported: JobBOSS, Epicor, Fishbowl, QuickBooks, custom spreadsheets, and any CSV-exporting system.
Submit
Send your export to SLS via secure upload or email. For ongoing monthly service, this becomes an automated scheduled export that runs without manual effort on your end.
Process
Your raw data enters our processing engine. It is cleaned, normalized, and analyzed against your configured workflow logic. No raw data is stored — your data is processed and the output is returned. The calculation engine stays on our side.
Your raw operational data is never stored by Signal Logic Systems. We process it, extract the signals, and return the results. We hold the calculator — you receive the answer.
Signal
You receive a structured diagnostic output: constraint identification, revenue at risk, job-level delay ranking, and automated alerts. For PO tracking, follow-up emails are triggered automatically or queued for your approval before sending.
Your data stays yours.
No Storage
Raw client data is never stored permanently. Data flows through our processing engine and is not retained after your output is delivered.
No PII
We do not store customer names, job numbers, descriptions, or any personally identifiable information unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Snapshot-Based
Derived metrics are retained for dashboard continuity (60-day default). On termination, all retained data is deleted within 30 days.

No. SLS works with any system that can export data as a CSV file. Nothing is installed on your end, nothing is replaced. If your ERP has an export function — and virtually all of them do — you're compatible.
Most clients are live within 3–5 business days of completing the intake process. We handle data mapping, configuration, and validation on our side — there's no IT project required from yours.
Yes. Raw data is processed and not stored. We do not retain customer job details, PII, or raw exports. Derived metrics used for dashboard continuity are held for a maximum of 60 days and deleted within 30 days of contract termination.
Data cleaning and normalization is part of our process. Real-world ERP exports are often inconsistent, incomplete, or formatted differently than expected. We handle that on our end — you send us what your system produces.
